• Outdated Information and Branding:  While it doesn’t take away from my betting experience, some of their sponsorship links lead to an expired domain. I think it looks sloppy and doesn't do the website any justice.
  
  As well, Bet99 fails to announce who they are partnering with on their website. It seems like a missed opportunity for a company that should be proud of the teams, leagues and athletes they endorse. The good news is that Bet99 IS partnering with big names but they need to make it prominent on their website.

Overall, Bet99 Canada strengths far outweigh its weaknesses. If their biggest flaw is that they aren't announcing they partnered with GSP or Auston Matthews, then they are doing something right. Still, they could market itself better on its own website.

As someone who likes to bet on a wide range of sports, Bet99 delivered on all fronts.

The Bet99 bonus for new users is generous and gets the juices flowing. Any time you can get a matched deposit when you first sign up is music to my ears. I mean, who doesn't like to bet with what is essentially free money? They offer great markets, good odds and a buffet of sports to indulge in.

The entire payment process was painless. There is a tiny gripe that withdrawals will take 3-5 business days but the majority of users and have reported that it's a quick turnaround and bettors usually received their money on day 3 (and sometimes before). Bet99's online customer service is a slam dunk, although there is no live agent.

For unique questions or concerns, e-mailing does seem to work because it may give the company time to find a solution. Still, an actual phone number that is easily found and a potential live agent could bring Bet99’s customer service to the next level.
