The Purdue Boilermakers and the Houston Cougars are tied for the second best odds. The Boilermakers and Cougars are at +600 odds at the moment. The North Carolina Tar Heels are sixth at +1200. The Duke Blue Devils are next at +1400. And the North Carolina State Wolfpack have the worst odds to win the tournament. They have +10000 odds. 

A few interesting markets

With the usual markets out the way, here are some interesting betting markets on some of the top NCAA betting sites that might interest you. First, Tonybet and Bet99 are a couple of sportsbooks that are taking bets on stage of elimination for some teams, which round they will be eliminated. If you have faith in a team or want to bet against one, you can bet on their stage of elimination on top of betting on their games. The Huskies, the tournament betting favourites, on Tonybet have +425 odds to be sent home in the Sweet 16, they play San Diego State on March 28. You can also bet Elite 8, Final 4, or the national championship game. This betting market is also available for the Arizona Wildcats, Iowa State Cyclones, Tennessee Volunteers, Boilermakers, Cougars, and Tar Heels. 

Four number one seeds are remaining in the tournament: UConn, Houston, Purdue, and North Carolina. Tonybet is taking bets for how many number one seeds will reach the Final 4 and Elite 8. The odds are at -228 for over 1.5 number one seeds to make the Final 4 and +179 for under. For the Elite 8, the odds are at -1429 for over 1.5 and +756 for under 1.5.
